The Global Leadership Challenge 2024 is designed to nurture and develop responsible leaders who are committed to addressing today’s pressing issues. Whether you are passionate about sustainable development, social impact, or any other global concern, this is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects while growing as a leader.
Participants will be grouped with like-minded peers and tasked with developing innovative Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) action projects. These projects will focus on some of the most pressing issues in the world today, using design thinking principles.
GLC members will join from around the globe virtually, making this an inclusive and diverse event.

3. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Global Leadership Challenge 2024, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Status: You must be a student currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or a young professional aged between 21 and 30.
- Academic Background: You should have completed your undergraduate degree and demonstrate a strong commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience.
- Time Commitment: You must be willing to commit around five half-days from 12th-16th December 2024 for virtual participation.
- Active Participation: To receive the Certificate of Achievement, active participation in all GLC sessions is mandatory.
Applications are open to individuals from all academic disciplines and from any country in the world.
4. Application Process
Applying for the Global Leadership Challenge 2024 is simple. If selected, you will be placed in a diverse group of five, and your interests will be considered when assigning challenge areas. This ensures that you are working on a project that aligns with your passion and expertise.
